Maureen's Music Studio offers Private Lessons in Piano, Flute & Theory.
The aim of private music study is to inspire a life-long love and enjoyment of music as well as self-direction.
Private lessons:
- are available to students of all ages (7 - adult)
- are on a one-on-one basis
- are available from beginner level up to the Royal Conservatory Grades.
- are scheduled regularly on the same day and at the same time each week.
- can be a half-hour in length (this is appropriate for beginners) or a full hour in length (this is appropriate for intermediate or advanced students).
- In some circumstances 15 or 60 minute increments are permitted
Maureen's Lessons are tailored uniquely to each student to accommodate their individual goals and learning pace. Each student's program is carefully chosen to reflect his or her individuality, tastes and interests at each stage of development. High musical standards are combined with a warm and encouraging approach in a relaxed, quiet home music studio setting. The lesson approach is traditional but varied; emphasizing good technique and musicianship.
The students of Maureen's Music Studio also have the (optional) opportunity to:
